Health+ Wellness

stay cute, be healthy

Hello Everyone!

So I always get asked about my skincare regimen and I touched up a bit on it in my “A’s and Q’s” Post a few weeks ago but I thought I would go a little more in depth and share other products I have been using. When it comes to my face to don’t do a lot, I honestly don’t wash my face with anything except AMBI complexion cleansing bar at night and in the mornings I use Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser. I use Cocoa Butter Lotion on my face daily and about two or three times a month I use the Freeman Purifying Clay Mask which has avocado and oatmeal in it and my face always feels so fresh after each time I use these products, They Work Miracles! I also take Nature’s Bounty Hair, skin, nails Gummie Vitamins as well and Women’s Vitamins for heart and bone health. You can find all of these products at Walmart.

Now for my hair, The products I use or incredibly expensive. I am a Natural girl and my brand of choice is Shea Moisture. I use the Raw Shea butter Moisture retention shampoo and the Raw Shea Butter restorative conditioner. My Hair breaks so easily from stress and simply not trimming it that I need something amazing to restore my hair. I love this product because it smells great and helps with my hair growth! Now I do use a leave in conditioner and that is Oliver Miracle Anti Breakage formula. Now the Shea Moisture products are literally about $10 a bottle so I don’t buy them until I completely run out! lol

I use a lot of Naturals oils my hair and skin as well by adding them into my lotions and hair products. I put the oils in my B&B super grow hair grease and my Olive Miracle Leave in conditioner for hair and in my Cocoa butter lotion. It helps to heal, moisture and nourish both my skin and nails.

Here is a list of the Oils I use:

Coconut Oil

Shea Butter Oil

Peppermint Oil

Jojoba Oil

Olive Oil

Caster Oil

Argan Oil

Avocado Oil

Cocoa Butter Oil

Grape Seed Oil

Tea Tree Oil

Macadamia Oil

You can find these oils almost every beauty supply store and these specific bottles are no more than $2 a bottle if that.

Well I hope you Enjoyed my Blog today! Until Next time!

xoxo, Brianna
