Southern Fried Cabbage with Shrimp

When I need something new or creative to eat, I always turn to Pinterest for ideas. A few days ago, while scrolling I came across this video of this amazing looking dish. Now let me remind you, I hate veggies. I usually have to hide them in my food just to get them in my body. With that being said, I want to eat as healthy as a can to make sure live a long happy life for as long as God allows me too. This recipe was so good and tasty, I enjoyed this one so much. To make it yourself follow the recipe below:


  1. Cabbage
  2. uncooked shrimp
  3. Beef Smoked Sausage
  4. Bacon
  5. Red, yellow and green peppers
  6. onion
  7. paprika
  8. seafood seasoning
  9. Butter


  1. Heat your skillet on medium and butter the pan. Cut up your bacon and sausages and add them into the skillet. Let cook until both bacon and sausage are brown.
  2. Remove sausages and bacon from skillet. Season Shrimp with seafood seasoning and paprika and add into the same skillet. Let cook for 2-4 minutes and remove and set aside.
  3. Cut up red, green and yellow peppers and onions and put into skillet. let cook for 2 minutes and then add cabbage. mixed and cook for 15 minutes
  4. Add bacon, sausage, and shrimp, mixed together and let cook for another 10-15 on medium.
  5. ENJOY!!!!
