My Easy Stuffed Pepper Recipe

I love an easy comfortable weekend at home while I enjoy drinking orange juice out of my favorite coffee mug. ( am i the only one you who drinks juice out of a coffee mug?) It’s not always cold so good hardy meals are not always the go to. With that being said this stuffed pepper recipe works perfect for your desire to eat comfort food in the summer months.

Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour and 25 minutes

Ingredients:

Whole peppers
White or Spanish rice
Worcestershire sauce
Onions
Lawry’s seasoned salt
onion powder
garlic powder
Cheddar cheese
Ground beef or turkey
paprika
Beef Sausage or Italian
Fire roasted tomatoes
Olive oil
Red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. Cook Rice in sauce pan till boiling, Pre heat traditional oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut top of pepper out and gut out the center til clean.
3. Season your ground beef with Lawry’s seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Cook until beaf is brown. Reduce heat.
4. add chopped onion and other veggies into browned beef.
5. drain cooked rice
6. Stuff peppers with you rice, beef and onions and cheese.
7. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven or air fryer over for 25-35 minutes until peppers are tender
