Cleansing Water

Hi Everybody! How is everything going? I know people are most likely stir crazy being in containment. My children and I are doing our best to keep busy while stuck in the house. I doing everything I possibly can to stay in a positive mindset. One of those things is taking care of my health. We go for walks, stay physically active as best we can and also being conscious of what we put in our bodies.

I try not to buy so much junk food and limit the amount they eat in a day. I fix at least two meals a day for my kiddos. For myself a few weeks ago I have been cleansing my body. I only ate fruit, mostly strawberries and banana’s and stuck to only my detox water. I don’t use much. My detox water only consists of sliced strawberries and cucumbers. I fill up my mason jar to about the 3/4 to the top and add the strawberries and cucumbers. I put the jars in the refrigerator for a day to let the nutrients soak in the water before I begin to drink it. Below is a proper list:

  • 3-5 Mason Jars
  • Water
  • 4 Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 Sliced Cucumber
  • any other fruits, veggies, herbs you would like.

I will not lie to you, IT WORKS SIS!!!!! It will have you going to the restroom in no time. I mean peeing and pooping. But it feels good because your body is releasing all the toxins from the food that we have consumed. I do this cleansing once a month.
